Seminar in Ulan Bator
This April, EduRu’s Director Biplob Chandra Saha visited the capital of Mongolia, Ulan Bator. In Ulan Bator, he participated in an educational exhibition and organised a workshop for students interested in studying in Russia. The participation in the exhibition was in partnership with the administration of Peoples Friendship University of Russia. The purpose was to explore the local market for educational services and to evaluate the relevance of education in Russia for the people of Ulan Bator.

The seminar was held in a cosy restaurant called ‘Khajuraho’ and it was attended by around 35 people –
mainly parents whose children were fresh out of school and were looking for options of higher education. Biplob was ably assisted by an ex-graduate of PFU, Batnayrandal who was keen on providing an opportunity to his fellow citizens in receiving quality higher education.
EduRu hopes to capitalise on this visit to Ulan Bator and hopefully, many Mongolians who wish to pursue higher education can have access to the same through EduRu without having to worry about the hassles of relocation.
