The main aim of the Institute of International programs (IIP) is the development of educational service export. Professors and staff of the Institute organize studies (in the sphere of higher and supplementary professional education) in foreign countries and in the Russian Federation regions employing distance learning innovative technologies.

The educational, methodological and technical base is created with the help of multimedia and web-technologies. The Institute is equipped with computers and modern licensed software necessary for creating multimedia courses, methodological and technical support for the training process.

Students have access to various programs of postgraduate training and to the programs of supplementary education elaborated for specialists working in diverse spheres, including higher education.

IIP supports its branches in Yakutsk, Belgorod, Perm and Essentuki, practicing distance learning.
